Joining forces
During the RIEC Reflect & Connect congress and the Undermining Day, we used Invitado’s special scanners and printers. This ensured fast and seamless visitor registration. In addition, Invitado also makes sure the badges look great. For the Learning-Working Agreement and the Day for Managers, the client chose to have the badges printed in advance. Both options are therefore possible! We enjoy working with them because of their personal service, fast communication, and user-friendly platform.
Creating more interaction with the event app
In addition to online and on-site registration, Invitado offers much more to take your event to the next level. For example, you can also use an online event app. Through the Vaya Visitor App, all event information becomes available on your visitors’ smartphones. This allows them to get the most out of networking opportunities during your event. At EventSummit 2023, Invitado was present for the fourth time at the largest one-day platform for event professionals. Of course, we also visited our collaboration partner Invitado as attendees. This strengthened our partnership immediately, leading to a proposal for ICMM 2024. With our shared goal: taking care of everything so our clients don’t have to.
